Amanda, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

It has been an absolute joy learning the harp in these most unusual circumstances. Keziah is an inspiring teacher who guides you every step of the way. I have particularly enjoyed getting individual feedback once I found the courage to send a recording of my playing, the feedback was superb and has improved my playing hugely. It is also lovely to see people from all over Britain getting together to enjoy music. It is a real tonic in these difficult times!

Angela, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

I have been enjoying my harp lessons very much. Keziah is a very friendly and helpful teacher and the classes are fun. I look forward to each lesson and feel that it is time well spent during these days when we cannot get out and about.

Ayano, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

What fun! Keziah is an amazing teacher and mentor. Friendly, enthusiastic, encouraging. She carefully chose the exercise and piece for us so we can not only enjoy it but also build up our technique step by step every week. My level 1 started during the lockdown on line and classmates came from all different backgrounds and places (Brighton to Scotland!). We play and laugh together a lot over the screen and I always feel cheerful after the lesson.

Anna, Little Harp Social, Autumn 2019

Keziah is a supportive and encouraging teacher who seems to enjoy teaching us as much as we enjoy learning! We play a delightful variety of (mostly) well-known tunes from a work-book which is carefully structured to provide practice in both musical understanding and playing techniques. I’m amazed how much I’ve progressed, and thoroughly enjoying learning to play this gorgeous instrument.

Alison, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

I really enjoyed the Level 1 Virtual Harp Social Course. The course is well designed so that each week we learnt a different piece of music to play as well as exercises to progress our technical skills. Keziah is a brilliant and engaging teacher who promoted a happy and encouraging online learning environment. It was lovely to see everyone else in the Zoom classes often smiling and laughing throughout the session. Not only has it been nice to learn the harp and create some beautiful music, but the classes have brought some joy and fun to my evenings when life is so restricted due to the pandemic.

Helen, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

Keziah is a fantastic teacher, and I am so grateful to her for running these classes.
Playing the harp is joyful, challenging, fun, and so rewarding. It is also lovely learning together in group, and the course is well thought out, with great pieces and music to practice at home.
I recommend it for anyone who loves and wishes to learn this wonderful instrument!

Rhiannon, Virtual Harp Social, Autumn 2020

Little Harp Social is brilliant! Learning in a group has been great because everyone encourages each other. As I hadn't learnt an instrument before and couldn't read music, I was concerned that I'd be left behind. I needn't have worried: the pace has been completely manageable and Keziah even did music theory sessions to make sure I wasn't at a disadvantage.
